After promoting our hot-selling phone mount UBA-01 online, we received inquiries from a client in the Middle East who specializes in mobile accessory products. Impressed by the uniqueness and superior quality of our products compared to mainstream mounts in the market, the client expressed interest in selling our products in the Middle Eastern market. However, the client preferred not to sell products branded with the LanParte logo, as they had their own brand. To meet the client's requirements, we proposed laser engraving their logo on the products and redesigning the paper box packaging to feature their logo. After purchasing samples with their logo engraved, and upon confirming the product quality and pricing, the client proceeded to place formal orders. Satisfied with our product quality and service, they have since placed multiple repeat orders and customized other mounts.
An American client specializing in lighting fixtures expressed interest in the swivel ball head mount featured in our phone mount. They contacted us to inquire about the possibility of customizing a mount for use with bathroom lights. Due to the humid bathroom environment, conventional metal mounts are prone to rusting. Our aluminum alloy mounts, however, are rust-resistant and offer higher strength compared to typical plastic mounts, ensuring superior quality. After purchasing a sample for testing, the client confirmed that our unique suction cup design is ideal for bathroom use. They found the suction cup easy to use, allowing them to adjust its position as needed, and its strong grip capable of securely holding the weight of bathroom lights without dropping. Additionally, the aluminum alloy mount's ball head allows for convenient adjustment of the light angle. However, the client requested the entire mount to be black instead of the silver-colored ball head. We assured them that we could oxidize the entire aluminum alloy mount to black and arrange production of black version samples within three days, which we promptly shipped to the client. Pleased with the speed and quality of the samples, the client placed a formal order for a batch of suction cup mounts.
A European client came across our popular phone mount and expressed great interest. After purchasing two samples for testing, they were delighted with the product's design and quality. Given their operation of a branded business in their own country, with distinct product characteristics, they proposed customization of the phone mount. This customization entailed modifications to the product's color, some design details, and a request for their packaging design. We assured them these requests were feasible and promptly worked with the client to compare color swatches and confirm their desired color. Subsequently, we arranged for the oxidation of some parts in this color. Simultaneously, we collaborated with the client to confirm the modifications required for the parts. Within a day, our engineers provided the modified part drawings for the client's approval. Finally, we produced the samples within a week. A week later, the client provided the product packaging design documents and printing requirements. After coordinating with the printing factory, we swiftly produced the packaging samples and shipped them along with the product samples to the client for confirmation. The client highly praised our factory's efficiency and quality and promptly placed a formal order for the production of a batch of goods.
